Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Tactical Network Engineer with cybersecurity experience to design and implement networking for C2 and autonomous unmanned systems. The role requires leading the integration of new networking capabilities and collaborating across teams to meet demanding mission requirements.

You will work on Layer-1 to Layer-4 networking, emphasize security, and participate in field deployments, with travel up to 25% and an active U.S. Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise networking.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
• Experience with ad-hoc mesh networking and secure communications protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a networking stack for C2 and collaborative autonomy of unmanned systems.
• Decompose networking requirements across cross-functional teams and define success criteria.
• Design network laydowns for large-scale unmanned systems and forward-deployed C2.
• Build tooling for benchmarking and analyze network traffic.
• Collaborate with software engineers to model and simulate in hardware-in-the-loop environments.
