Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer for edge compute and C2 networking to enable resilient command and control for unmanned systems. You will design, develop, and test networked components, ensuring performance and reliability across distributed environments.

Work with hardware teams, drive integration of software and hardware, and contribute to engineering processes to meet regulatory and quality standards. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a network engineer handling complex tasks individually and in teams.
• Expert knowledge of multicast and unicast networking protocols and QoS.
• Hands-on Linux systems experience and RF/network integration with UAS.

Responsibilities

• Enable UAS C2 capabilities through resilient network design.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting performance requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for integration.
• Define and document software engineering processes and quality standards.
