The TJX Companies, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to act as a visible deterrent and support store management with safety and customer service.

You will wear a body worn camera and stay stationed at the front of the store while assisting customers and reporting incidents. Responsibilities include monitoring for potential losses, reviewing emergency guides, and performing closing safety checks.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision making abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Prioritizes and organizes workload to manage time effectively.
• Able to stand for long periods in front of store.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform and body-worn camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Assist customers by directing them to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Conduct closing safety sweep with management.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
