The successful candidate will serve as the primary technician/integration member for the MDAC/9G program on the Coast Guard Sites Team, overseeing hardware installation, de‑installation, and modifications while providing multi‑level support across lab equipment configurations, software groups, test operations, and engineering design. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) in a closed‑loop, mission‑critical environment; diagnosing and repairing Oasis blade servers, Cisco switches/servers, tactical consoles, and related cabinets; and authoring, updating, and maintaining SOPs and technical manuals to ensure knowledge continuity and rapid issue resolution. Flexibility to work various shifts and weekend overtime is required.
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
