Job summary

First Tactical is seeking an independent contractor to sell tactical gear to military, law enforcement, security agencies, and outdoor clients. The role offers remote work and a travel-heavy schedule, with commissions tied to sales performance.

You will manage a territory, attend trade shows, and visit clients to demonstrate products, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a related field such as tactical gear or defense.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently/remotely with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government, law enforcement, and security clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on features and benefits.
• Schedule visits and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales transactions with accurate reporting.
