Taco Social in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, seeks a dynamic General Manager / Kitchen Manager to lead our fast‑casual operation and drive guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Fast Casual or high-volume Restaurant & Kitchen management.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
