What You Bring To The Table

• Experience in supervisory roles in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for Shift Managers varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges typically between $14.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on the state.
