What You Bring To The Table

• Experience in supervisory roles in food service or retail environments, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet restaurant and customer needs.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects. Stand and walk constantly during shifts. Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation for Shift Manager employees depends on skills and experience. The starting range varies by location and is discussed during hiring. Typical ranges include:

• General: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Colorado: $14.65 to $17.00 per hour
• New York: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
