Job summary

Resilience, a leading cybersecurity and cyber risk management company, is seeking a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Specialist to design, build, and facilitate immersive cyber incident simulations for enterprise clients.

In this high-visibility, client-facing role, you will test IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs, guide executives through crises, and help shape Resilience’s methodologies as our portfolio grows, with travel up to 25% across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs for enterprise clients.
• Experience facilitating crisis simulations for non-technical executives.
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, CCPA, SEC rules and incident response governance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate immersive TTX scenarios for clients.
• Lead virtual and in-person TTX sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct debriefs and deliver After-Action Reports.
• Refine proprietary TTX frameworks as the portfolio grows.
