Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Specialist with a cybersecurity focus to design, build, and facilitate immersive crisis simulations for mid-to-large enterprises. You will guide executive stakeholders through ransomware, data breaches, and systemic security events, delivering clear guidance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs for enterprise clients.
• Experience guiding cross-functional executives (C-suite, Legal, PR, HR) during crises.
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, CCPA, SEC cyber disclosure rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and tailor TTX scenarios that test client IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs.
• Lead executive-friendly TTX sessions, virtual or in-person.
• Deliver After-Action Reports with lessons learned and actionable guidance.
• Refine methodology and contribute to framework improvements.
