Job summary

Beazley Security seeks a Director of Crisis Simulations to own and grow its worldwide portfolio of tabletop exercises and crisis simulations. You will lead delivery standards, supervise the paid-tabletop revenue stream and guide the team across regions and time zones.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Services, you will personally run flagship tabletops while building scalable methodologies, templates and a reusable library to ensure consistent quality and outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in cyber incident response and crisis management.
• Proven record of designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for technical teams, executive committees and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own global tabletop delivery end-to-end, including intake, scheduling, scenario design, facilitation, after-action reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure every tabletop is delivered against client entitlement, agreed service levels and regional requirements.
• Personally facilitate flagship, board-level and complex multi-party tabletops.
• Establish and maintain a single global methodology, scenario library, templates and quality standards.
