Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Tabletop Exercise Specialist to design and run immersive cyber-incident simulations for large enterprise clients in the US and Europe. You will tailor scenarios, lead executive sessions, and deliver After-Action Reports to strengthen IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs, reporting to the Director of Security and Risk Services.

This high-visibility role requires 3–5 years of TTX experience, willingness to travel up to 25%, and a track record coordinating multi-stakeholder crisis exercises.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs for enterprise clients.
• Experience facilitating crisis simulations for cross-functional executives (C-Suite, Legal, PR, HR).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity/CS/IT.

Responsibilities

• Design and tailor realistic TTX scenarios in partnership with Engagement teams.
• Lead virtual and in-person executive-facing TTX sessions across multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver After-Action Reports with lessons learned and actionable guidance.
• Contribute to refining Resilience’s TTX frameworks and methodologies as the client portfolio scales.
