Beazley Security is seeking a Director of Crisis Simulations to lead the worldwide portfolio of tabletop exercises, ensuring consistent quality and global delivery across regions and time-zones. You will own the practice end-to-end and drive paid engagements with brokers and clients.

As leader of an entrepreneurial practice, you will report to the Head of Cyber Services, manage consultants, and personally deliver flagship tabletops while expanding language and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cyber incident response and crisis management experience.
• Designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for technical teams, execs and boards.
• Leading client-facing teams across multiple regions.
• Experience building, pricing and selling offerings and managing a revenue line.
• Experience with insurers, brokers and the cyber insurance ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Own global tabletop delivery end-to-end, including intake, scheduling, scenario design, facilitation, after-action reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure every tabletop is delivered against entitlement, agreed service levels and regional requirements.
• Personally facilitate flagship, board-level and complex multi-party tabletops.
• Establish and maintain a single global methodology, scenario library, templates and quality standards.
• Develop executive, technical, multi-team and sector-specific offerings and pricing with Cyber Services leadership.
• Convert retainer tabletop clients into paid follow-on engagements in partnership with brokers, underwriters and account teams.
• Manage the growth budget, investing within agreed guardrails in hiring, coaching, marketing, events and media.
• Lead, coach and develop the crisis simulation team across the Americas and International regions.
