Qualifications

• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check as required by law
• Drug screen as permitted by law
• Driver's license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies and emergencies
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances and perimeter
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly following site protocols
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and traffic flow
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately per reporting requirements
