Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) for the CBS vertical. You will drive technical sales by translating business needs into analytics solutions, delivering compelling demos, and collaborating with sales, product, and services teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in SE/analytics, strong Tableau and/or CRM Analytics skills, and familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks. This is a hybrid role near East Coast offices, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
3–5 years of solution engineering, consulting, or analytics/BI experience.
Hands-on with Tableau products or similar BI platforms; data visualization and self-service analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

Align solutions to technology challenges in CBS accounts focusing on Analytics portfolio.
Conduct business development, operations strategy, and product demonstrations as trusted advisor.
Define ambiguous business problems through research and recommend practical steps.
Evaluate solutions and build decision frameworks that deliver ongoing value.
Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences via demos and rapid prototyping with Salesforce/Tableau.
