Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) to help customers solve complex business problems with analytics and AI. You will partner with Account and Analytics sales teams to demonstrate solutions that deliver business value for CBS accounts.

This role supports a fully remote or hybrid work model with occasional travel for customer engagements. Strong knowledge of Tableau, CRM Analytics, and data modeling is required, with a bias toward practical, data-driven decision

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next.
Knowledge of relational databases and web technology.
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Align innovative solutions to CBS accounts with an analytics focus.
Assist with business development, operations strategy, and product demonstrations.
Define ambiguous business problems and propose practical next steps.
Evaluate solutions and drive stakeholder consensus.
Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences through demos and prototyping.
Build customized demonstrations for multiple personas.
Advise on customer data and analytics architecture related to Salesforce/Tableau.
Participate in training and certifications to stay current.
