Qualifications

• Required: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or equivalent; Hands-on with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next; familiarity with data visualization, dashboarding, and self-service analytics best practices; Knowledge of relational databases and web technology; Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; Ability to work in a team to solve technical problems in varied environments; Strategic problem solver comfortable engaging technical, business, and executive audiences; Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and events.

Responsibilities

• Align innovative solutions to technology challenges within CBS accounts and partner with clients and internal teams to drive multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines; Conduct business development, operations strategy, and product demonstrations as a trusted advisor for analytics driven solutions; Define ambiguous business problems, research, assess, and propose practical next steps; Evaluate solutions to influence client decisions and build value; Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping with Salesforce and Tableau; Build customized solutions and demonstrations for multiple personas across the Salesforce platform.
