Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Table Operator in North Liberty, IA. The role starts on 2nd shift with a transition to 3rd shift on a tentative date. Training runs Monday-Thursday evenings, with a permanent Monday-Friday night schedule.

The position offers full-time hours in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include inspecting products, packaging, operating baggers and sealers, ensuring quality and GMP compliance, and maintaining a clean production area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to bend, reach, twist, and move continuously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
• Able to work in temperatures 55°F to 90°F.
• Must be available for 2nd shift training and transition to the permanent 3rd shift.
• Flexible for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, and prepare quality products for shipment.
• Place and position products into moving packaging trays.
• Monitor product flow and ensure accurate packaging.
• Operate packaging equipment: baggers, sealers, and cartoners.
• Inspect products for defects and contamination.
• Assist with filling, sealing, palletizing finished products.
• Perform quality checks and follow GMPs.
• Maintain a clean production area.
• Follow safety procedures.
