• Rotate between workstations as production needs require.
• Work on lines where product models and tasks may vary.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard work methods.
• Promote teamwork and support coworkers to maintain production efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safety-first work environment.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, leadership, and external contacts.
• Perform quality checks including measurements, weight checks, brittleness testing, and documentation.
