Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Shreveport, LA is seeking casino dealers to deal live table games, shuffle and deal cards, and handle bets with accuracy and speed.

You will maintain compliance with gaming regulations, provide outstanding guest service, learn multiple games, and complete required forms while rotating through tables.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer's school strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (preferred).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications (preferred).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and reach across the gaming table.

• Deal respective live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customer's betting square.
• Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
• Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
• Notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel, or operational problems.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Learn, deal, and rotate through multiple different table games (seated and standing).
• Perform other duties as assigned
