Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a casino dealer in Delaware. Responsibilities include delivering fast, personalized service to players, explaining games, handling chips and bets, and maintaining security. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Requirements include passing an audition, strong math skills, exceptional customer service, and a DE Lottery license. High School diploma is required. Training allows exposure to a lively, gaming floor environment with tips and wage starting

• Provide fast, flawless, personalized service to players.

• Handle cash and gaming chips per procedures; compute pay-off odds.
• Audit and complete fills and credits on table games.
• Maintain game security and confidentiality of customer play.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and guests and follow policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, flawless, personalized customer service to our players
• Promotes positive customer relations
• Creates memorable service experiences and a fun-filled environment for our players
• Facilitates the game and explains the rules of the game to our players
• Conducts assigned game according to procedures; computes pay-off odds to pay winning bets and collect losing bets
• Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedures (buy-in transactions)
• Audits and completes fills and credits on the table games
• Cooperates with other dealers when assigned to the same game
• Controls the pace of the game
• Ensures game security
• Informs the Floor Supervisor and /or Box person of any requests or unusual play
• Issues the proper amount of gaming chips to players after completion of the credit authorization procedures
• Adheres to established cash handling and accounting procedures
• Complies with all departmental and company policies as well as all established regulations
• Maintains confidentiality regarding customer play
• Amicably resolves customer issues
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Work Environment

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
• Department Shifts: Swing (8p-4a) / Grave (4a-12p)

Starting Compensation

• $6.45/hr + TIPS
