Role Description

The Table Games Supervisor is a full-time on-site role located in Carson City, NV, responsible for overseeing table games operations on the casino floor. This position monitors game integrity, ensures adherence to gaming rules and regulations, and provides guidance to dealers and other table games staff. Daily tasks include supervising games such as craps and roulette, managing player disputes, balancing table limits, and supporting a positive and engaging guest experience. The supervisor collaborates with management on staffing, training, and performance feedback, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and service-oriented environment.
