Qualifications

Five years of Table Games experience required.

Responsibilities

Staffing, scheduling and ongoing training for Table Games team.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and protect assets, guests and property.
Advise management of play irregularities and casino matters.
Coordinate with other departments to enhance profits.
Communicate Title 31 documentation during shifts to relevant departments.
Attend guest disputes and maintain positive guest relations.
Represent casino image and ensure consistent service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
