Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 years casino table experience with 3 years as Floor Supervisor.
• Must hold a High Security Gaming License issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Trains, mentors, counsels, and evaluates the table games staff.
• Monitors table games employees; enforces card control policies and guidelines.
• Ensures proper staffing by opening/closing games and managing overtime.
• Opens/closes games; completes table bank fills and paperwork.
• Handles guest and employee disputes with professional interactions.
• Reviews Bravo reports; adheres to system guidelines and procedures.
• Oversees table game limits to maximize profits.
