Qualifications

• Four-year degree or 4–6 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong background in transportation or related area with progressive supervisory/ managerial experience.
• Preferred chauffeur's license/endorsement and Level 4 Gaming License.
• Ability to supervise multiple transportation and valet teams and ensure guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the Transportation and Valet Divisions on assigned shift.
• Maintain staffing levels and train, schedule, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Oversee shuttle, limo, and valet operations for smooth, safe guest service.
• Ensure records and reports are accurate and maintained.
• Promote guest satisfaction and oversee department procedures and meetings.
