Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Nashua, NH is seeking a Table Games Shift Manager to lead our table games department. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.

This leadership role requires 3+ years of supervision in table games or poker, experience in craps, blackjack, roulette, poker, and carnival games, and the ability to obtain a NH gaming license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time supervisor/management experience in table games or poker.
• Experience in craps, blackjack, roulette, poker, and carnival games.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word; familiarity with Player Tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling table games staff to ensure proper staffing and performance.
• Monitor casino operations for compliance with NH Lottery Commission regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee game operations, including fills and credits, maintaining a safe environment.
• Promote positive guest and team member relations by addressing concerns and recognizing performance.
• Coordinate work assignments and support a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
