Job summary

Twenty Nine Palms Enterprises in Coachella, CA seeks a Table Games Manager to oversee all table game operations and implement our service promise. The role focuses on leadership, integrity, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will train dealers, assign shifts, monitor budget adherence, and ensure compliance with MICS and TICS while maintaining a safe, welcoming gaming floor.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or GED).
• Five years supervisory/management experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Table Games during assigned shifts.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members.
• Assign tables and supervise dealer, floor and pit staff.
• Monitor compliance with tribal and internal controls.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and scheduling.

Education

High School Degree or GED

Five (5) years Supervisory/Management experience
