Role Description

The Table Game Shift Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Spotlight 29 Casino in Coachella, CA. This role oversees all table game operations during assigned shifts, ensuring games are conducted in accordance with casino policies, gaming regulations, and high standards of guest service. The Table Game Shift Manager supervises dealers and floor staff, manages table scheduling and assignments, monitors game performance and player activity, and addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role includes reviewing shift reports, overseeing cash and chip handling procedures, coordinating with surveillance and security as needed, and supporting promotional activities on the gaming floor. The Table Game Shift Manager also contributes to staff training, performance feedback, and continuous improvement of table game operations.
