Job summary
Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno is seeking a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager to support the Table Games Shift Manager in daily pit operations, ensuring excellent guest service and strict adherence to gaming regulations. You will supervise dealers, onboard new team members, monitor performance, and assist with labor planning and game spread while maintaining equipment and floor standards.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- State of Nevada Gaming License.
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Working knowledge of Table Games procedures, Title 31, and tax laws.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in table games environment and 2 years’ supervisory capacity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise dealers and oversee daily table games operations.
- Onboard new Team Members on their assigned shift.
- Monitor performance, guest service, and compliance with policies.
- Assist with labor management and game spread optimization.
- Maintain equipment, layouts, chairs, and game accessories.
- Prepare schedules, annual reviews, goals, and development plans.
- Promote Atlantis tournaments, promotions, and events.
