Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent; or four to five years related experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 3 years of progressive gaming operations.
• Ability to present information to top management and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors short- and long-term goals for the Table Games department.
• Coordinates Table Games with other departments to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Directs, coordinates and analyzes products, services and operations for profitability and efficiency.
• Maintains monthly budget and reports variances.
• Trains and coaches assigned personnel; conducts performance appraisals.
• Ensures compliance with tribal, state, and company requirements.
