Caesars Entertainment in Arizona's Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino seeks a Restaurant Supervisor-Sportsbar for full-time operations. You will oversee shift staffing, coach team members, and ensure service standards are met while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees, conducting performance reviews, supervising daily operations, and enforcing safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent technical training in food and beverage.
• Four years’ restaurant industry work, including two years’ supervision.
• Two years’ experience or certification in food preparation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance and uphold integrity in a regulated business.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, train and select employees for the department.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development guidance.
• Plan, supervise and monitor the work of the team on assigned shifts.
• Supervise day-to-day operation of the outlet per policies and procedures.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and company policies.
