Reporting directly to the Casino Manager, the Table Games Manager is responsible for the staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and supervision of blackjack personnel while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of all table game operations.This position plays a key role in the overall financial success of the table games operations along with game protection, regulatory compliance, AML/Title 31 compliance, employee development, and guest service.
