Job summary

Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is seeking a Dealer to promote outstanding guest relations and provide an entertaining, energetic atmosphere while accurately dealing assigned games and explaining rules to customers.

Under supervision, you will exchange cash for chips, compute odds, pay and collect bets, maintain table security, and present a professional image in a fast-paced setting. Must be 21+ and able to obtain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with high-volume money handling; casino or banking background preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a South Dakota gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Guest Service.
• Exchanges cash for playing chips.
• Ensures that wagers are placed before the cards are dealt.
• Deals cards according to casino procedures.
• Computes payable-odds to pay-winning bets.
• Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
• Responsible for table security at all times.
• Maintains a clean and neat table; follows conduct regarding gratuities.
