Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking an Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping and laundry departments and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will direct staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with external services to maintain brand quality.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and a commitment to service excellence within a tribal hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Five years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Ability to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies for Housekeeping and Laundry to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities meet cleanliness standards and are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, supplies, and chemicals.
• Inspect facilities to uphold high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards for consistent quality.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
