Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Player Services Representatives for Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, updating rewards, and handling player transactions with a focus on security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update player rewards information, perform credit and cash transactions, and issue player cards.
• Explain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to guests.
• Read group resumes and oversee daily activities of groups.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash, check payments, and secure the bank at all times.
• Offer bell assistance to all arriving and departing guests.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Player Services Representatives to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out and assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.50 / hour
