Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the operations and conduct of assigned table games and team members.
• Manage performance of dealers to ensure proficiency and excellent guest service.
• Observe, evaluate and rate players in accordance with departmental policies.
• Lead and empower the team, building trust and accountability on shift.
