Job summary

TOGE is seeking an experienced Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee dealers and games in a fast-paced casino environment. Under direct supervision of the Table Games Pit Manager, you will monitor table activity, ensure compliance, and maintain a fun, courteous atmosphere for guests.

You must have high school diploma or GED, 2+ years dealing roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years dealing experience with Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat.
• 2+ years as Table Games Floor Supervisor or Dual Rate Supervisor overseeing multiple games.
• Must be 18+ and pass drug screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and Title 31 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers.
• Promote outstanding guest service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with department policies, casino, and gaming regulations.
• Coach dealers to improve skill level and game pace.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest play and safeguard assets.
• Communicate pertinent information to the Table Games Shift Manager.
