Desert Diamond Casino Tucson is seeking a professional Table Games Dealer to operate all games offered by TOGE during assigned shifts under supervision. You will maintain a friendly atmosphere, enforce game rules, and ensure accurate payouts while adhering to internal controls and regulatory policies.
Responsibilities include continuous guest service, proper dealing procedures, conducting audits with supervisors, and supporting team members in a fast-paced casino environment.
Under direct supervision of the Table Games Floor Supervisor and the Table Games Craps Floor Supervisor, deals all Table Games offered by TOGE to guests on assigned shift.

High school diploma or GED required. Must have at least one year of prior dealing experience or certification from an accredited dealer school; must pass a basic math test and a dealing audition. Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft, or stealing convictions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license; and to include the following:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to stand for extended periods; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member occasionally is required to sit and walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Team member must be able to spend a significant amount of time twisting and turning with upper extremities extended across gaming table.
Work is generally performed in a casino setting with exposure to a high noise level. Evening, graveyard, holiday and/or weekend work may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may also be required.
