Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Table Games Floor Person to supervise dealers and safeguard table game integrity while delivering guest service. You will coach dealers, enforce rules, monitor pit activities, assist hiring, and produce daily performance reports to support smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of blackjack and baccarat, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year as Table Games Supervisor or 3+ years as Dealer.
• Thorough knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat and at least one other table game.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun environment delivering service excellence.
• Supervise and coach dealers in table games procedures.
• Monitor adherence to casino and government rules.
• Protect integrity of tables, currency, and assets.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring dealer candidates.
• Administer disciplinary actions and monitor performance.
