Job summary

Soboba Casino Resort is seeking a Table Games Supervisor/Dealer to supervise and perform dealing services at assigned tables. You will monitor games, ensure compliance with regulations, and protect casino assets while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires 21+ with a High School diploma, strong communication, and proven supervisory experience in table games. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the United States and pass drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to promote a positive, professional image.
• Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing inspection of cards to ensure security and integrity of the assigned table.
• Operate and conduct game at the assigned table.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies.
• Exchange cash for gaming chips in accordance with procedure.
• Provide guest service in accordance with Soboba Service Standards.
• Administer operation of table games in the assigned area.
• Monitor all tables in the area to ensure game protection and protect casino assets.
