Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to directly supervise the operation and conduct of assigned table games and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities include supervising dealers, hiring recommendations, training and coaching, managing bankrolls, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment while delivering excellent guest service to patrons.

• Communicate all pertinent information timely.
• Provide ideas for new products, services, and processes to stay competitive.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust open table games as needed.
• Observe and rate players per policy.
• Maintain bankroll levels to cover play.
• Verify documents and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, friendly environment and top guest service.
• Handle guest disputes fairly and promptly; escalate as needed.
