Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Floor Service Supervisor to oversee table game operations on an assigned shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and game integrity. You will act to promote guest service programs and support departmental standards.

The role requires 3–5 years casino supervision experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment at Caesars Entertainment properties.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 21.
• 3–5 years casino experience as a Floor Service Supervisor.
• Knowledge of multi-games is a plus.
• Excellent customer relations, leadership and communication skills.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Cards Needed: Alcohol NV and Gaming License.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift with emphasis on guest service.
• Ensures game integrity and security of departmental assets.
• Promotes Total Reward cards for new and existing patrons.
• Maintains knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming requirements.
• Mentors and coaches assigned personnel in duties and standards.
