Job summary

Bally's Corporation is hiring a casino dealer to deliver superior guest service, deal games to policy, and support a high-energy gaming floor.

You will undergo dealer school with wages starting at $16/hr during training and $9/hr plus tips thereafter. The role requires standing for long periods, quick math, and the ability to respond to visual and audio cues in a bright, loud environment.

Qualifications

  • High School (required).
  • Must be able to tactfully control and pace their assigned game (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Physically stand for long periods of time (preferred).
  • Respond to visual and aural cues (preferred).
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations (preferred).
  • Must have pass a math and dexterity test (required).

Target Salary
