Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel in Rock Island, IL seeks a Dealer Supervisor to oversee floor operations, ensure game integrity, and coach staff. The role requires strong guest service, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple games with accuracy and professionalism.

You will maintain communications across operations, resolve guest issues, and ensure paperwork and pit reports are completed accurately, while guiding a team through busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years Dealer experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess the ability to deal multiple games.
• Exceptional guest service abilities and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evening hours as business demands.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and email.

• Prioritizes tasks and handles multiple projects simultaneously

• Performs as a team member and assists fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation

• Coordinates and completes hourly evaluations on hourly associates


• Completes other duties as assigned

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.


• Target Salary Range $25.50
