Job summary

Bally's Rock Island is seeking a casino dealer to handle table games with precision and strong customer service. You will deal games per casino rules, manage payoffs and buy-ins, and stay compliant with policies while delivering a top-tier guest experience.

The role requires the ability to work under bright lights and in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy, dexterity, and clear communication. High school diploma and fitness for the job are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to sit, bend, and crouch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have pass a math and dexterity test.
• Operating in mentally and physically stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Deal their games to the best of their ability and according to casino policies and procedures.

• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
