Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Table Games Dealer in Las Vegas to greet and recruit new casino customers while dealing blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, and Pai Gow as assigned. You will deliver cards, determine winners, collect and distribute bets, and ensure game integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of dealing experience across multiple games, excellent customer relations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age.
• 6 months multiple games dealing experience required in (Current specific games requirements, ie., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and /or Pai Gow)

Responsibilities

• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets.
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
• Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
