Job summary

Bally's Corporation is hiring dealers to operate live table games at our Louisiana properties. You will deal games, shuffle cards, calculate bets, manage chips, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, pass background/licensing checks, and adapt to rotating games. Prior dealer experience or dealer’s school is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal respective live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Calculate face value of cards quickly and accurately.
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square.
• Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
• Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
• Notify supervisor of irregularities in the game or potential gaming violations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members.
• Learn, deal, and rotate through multiple games (seated and standing).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
