Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What this Job Entails

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the recruiting strategy for a staffing organization. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, manages and mentors recruiters, partners closely with Sales and Delivery teams, and ensures the delivery of high-quality talent to meet client demands. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has deep experience in staffing and workforce solutions.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Designs and governs scalable, equitable recruiting strategies aligning with business objectives, continuously elevating Astreya’s employer brand and candidate experience while delivering against aggressive hiring targets.
  • Define annual headcount plan in partnership with Finance and Workforce Planning.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs; course-correct through data-driven insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing TA team; implement career pathways.
  • Champion diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI) strategies and ensure regulatory compliance across all regions.
  • Manage vendor contracts (RPO, background checks, tech tools) and optimize spend.
  • Represent TA in senior leadership forums and external industry events.
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with client demand, market trends, and company growth goals.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire roles.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through placement.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, submittal ratios, placement rates, and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing training on sourcing techniques, interviewing, and market intelligence.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture.
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to understand client needs and workforce plans.
  • Advise clients and internal stakeholders on labor market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings as a talent expert when needed.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets.
  • Ensure effective use of ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. Senior professional certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or global equivalent)
  • Staffing agency experience (contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and/or specialized recruiting teams
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and performance management
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for Technology, Engineering, Professional Services roles
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical Demand & Work Environment
  • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
