Herzing University is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategy, planning, and execution across faculty and staff recruitment, including clinical adjunct faculty. This role oversees the TA department, collaborates with stakeholders, and travels for campus visits and events.

The successful candidate will drive KPI-based improvements, partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, and manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure a robust recruitment process aligned with the

Competenze

• 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition leadership.
• 10-15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting market trends and best practices.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function with budget ownership.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• UKG experience preferred.
