Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategy, planning, and execution of TA for faculty and staff, including clinical adjunct faculty recruitment for student placements. Travel to campuses and events is required.

You will oversee the TA department, partner with stakeholders, and ensure processes align with the university's goals and values. A robust benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading talent acquisition, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• 10-15 years overall talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting market trends, technology, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, including budgets and tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic TA plans with HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Champion recruitment best practices, market analyses, and candidate experience improvements.
• Establish and monitor TA KPIs and report progress on projects.
• Promote employer brand and employee value proposition with Marketing/Communications.
• Plan for future recruiting needs and robust candidate pipelines.
